This individual must have excellent verbal communication skills, be computer literate and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous reception experience preferred. COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Short Hills, NJ
Bollinger Inc., is seeking an Account Executive for its Commercial Lines Division located in Short Hills, NJ. This individual will provide service on an assigned group of accounts at the direction of producers and account managers, and interact with clients, companies, claims and accounting departments. In addition, this individual will handle re-marketing of renewals, prepare finance agreements, review and maintain expiration lists and activities, maintain and update client files, negotiate pricing and coverages with companies as needed. A valid NJ Property & Casualty license is required along with 3 years of insurance experience. Knowledge of Applied Systems and a college degree a plus. This individual will be responsible for adding new business by pursuing house leads, referrals, and developing centers of influence and other leads. In addition, they will evaluate the insurance needs of prospective and existing clients; secure the most comprehensive and cost efficient coverage available; work with agents and other employees in the placement of new business; keep abreast of insurance market.
